On Nevada’s Economy: Keep Us Competitive
I’ll push to repeal the Commerce Tax — a gross-receipts tax that punishes businesses over $4 million in revenue and undercuts the one advantage Nevada has over every income-tax state. And I’ll close the privacy gap that’s sending business formations to Wyoming and Colorado, where confidentiality protections outpace ours.
On the Systems Nevadans Depend On
The SilverFlume-to-ORION conversion is happening right now — a major government IT migration with real risk to data integrity and vendor accountability. Twenty years running systems analysis means I know how to supervise it, not just hope it works.
